Water in its healthy and natural state, has self-cleaning and antibacterial properties, but only to a point of course. With too much abuse and exposure to unnatural conditions, the water will loose its natural properties.

50 years ago the thought of BUYING your drinking water would have seemed ridiculous, today this is an industry profiting in the hundreds of billions, with more than half of our population buying and drinking bottled water.

In the book Environmental Medicine by Dr. Michael Treven and Peter P. Talkenberger, is an interview with the renowned German physicist Dr. Wolfgang Ludwig. Water's Memory

"All life processes are directly or indirectly connected with water, therefore it entitles water to have a very high priority and positioning in the environmental situation," according to Dr. Ludwig.

An important question to ask yourself is whether or not you are drinking enough water, many of us consider whether or not the quality of water we drink is up to par, but not necessarily the amount we are taking in. The human body is made up of 75% water and going without water for just a few days, as previously discussed, could cause a person to die. Every living creature depends on water to live. The shocking fact is that the majority of people are chronically dehydrated, up to 75% of the population!

This quotation shows the whole truth about the importance and meaning of water as the main source of nourishment. Its value cannot be overestimated. It is essential for all life on this planet.
